Hepatitis B, tropical ulcers, and immunisation strategy in Kiribati.

The seroepidemiology of hepatitis B was studied in Kiribati (formerly the Gilbert Islands). Six hundred and two (98%) of the population studied showed evidence of current or previous infection.
